Měření drsnosti povrchů v závislosti na umístění v pracovní komoře v procesu SLM

Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the technology of 3D metal printing and aims to determine the effect of the placement of components in the construction chamber depending on the surface roughness of the parts. The samples were made using additive selective laser melting (SLM) technology from AISI 316L stainless steel powder metal. The work describes additive technologies, the principle of SLM and analysis of works by other authors dealing with this issue. On a commercial RENISHAW AM 400 machine, 5 samples were printed located in the corners of the building chamber and one in the middle. All four longitudinal walls of the sample were then evaluated. The evaluation was performed on Alicona Focus 5 (optical microscope) and Mitutoyo Sj-210 (touch roughness tester) instruments. Measurements of surface roughness depending on the location in the working chamber were processed in the experiment and a conclusion was drawn from the results.
