| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá pracovní zátěží a jejím vlivem na partnerské vztahy příslušníků HZS ČR. Vycházeli jsme z výsledků, které jsme získali z 30-ti kvalitativních dotazníků, které vyplňovali hasiči a jejich partnerky. Tyto dotazníky jsme spárovali a pomocí obsahové analýzy a komparace odpovědí jsme zjišťovali, které aspekty práce hasičů ovlivňují jejich partnerský život. Objevili jsme i několik zajímavých trendů, které by bylo dobré dále prozkoumat. Na závěr jsme podle zjištěných informací uvedli doporučení. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-en | This paper deals with a work burden and its influence on the fire rescue service members‘ relationship. I processed the results that we got from 15 pairs, each consisting of a firefighter and his partner. We paired these questionnaires and with the help of content analysis we found out which aspects of firefighter’s work influence their romantic relationships. Apart from the primary task of this work, we also found a lot of interesting trends, which would be interesting to examine further. In the conclusion, we provided a recommendation based on the found information. | |
