Zefektivnění výuky nástrojových rovin pomocí 3D tisku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with partition of lathe knifes into the tool plane, production of knife parts on the 3D print and connection by several variants. In theoretic part are described the tool planes used for theoretic cut of knife, methods of 3D printing and materials used for printing. Individual process and realization of knifes are described in the practice part, which also deals with the best way how to connect tool planes, therefore parts. Result of this thesis will allow students to see tool planes of lathe knifes in the 3D space, which will lead to streamlining of teaching.
