Vliv tepelného zpracování na mechanické vlastnosti aditivně vyrobených vzorků z oceli 316L

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with heat treatment of additively produced 316L steel parts and its influence on mechanical properties. Information necessary for process understanding and experimental part is summarized in the first part. It is divided into chapters which detailing the process of SLM technology as well as the physical phenomens of laser and material interactions. Parameters and information about the AlSI 316L material are introduced. Theoretical part of the work includes the explanation of mechanical properties, principles of heat treatment and with methods of measuring the parametrs. The experiment itself is presented in the following part, alongside information regarding measured data and results. The goal of this thesis is to compare individual heat treatment´s parameters and its influence on mechanical properties.
