Topologická optimalizace a návrh bionické konstrukce RC modelu

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with topological optimization and design of the bionic frame structure of an RC car model. The introduction describes RC models and states the aim of the work. From the concept of the original RC frame, a new frame in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 is designed within the bachelor's thesis. Topological optimization is performed using the Altair Inspire program and a bionic structure is designed. The new design includes modern industrial design and the calculation includes load cases. The design solution was designed with regard to the possibilities of additive production Powder Bed Fusion in order to produce a functional prototype for the popularization of modern trends and additive technologies. A prototype example of a frame made by 3D printing includes compliance with the corporate identity of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VŠB-TUO.
