Metody měření na 3D CMM vytipované součásti aditivní výroby

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with measurement methods on a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) of selected component, produced by additive technology. At the beginning of the work is briefly described the history, advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing and there are also methods of 3D printing. The SLS method by which the component to be measured is manufactured is described in more detail here. The geometric specifications of the product, geometric tolerances as well as measurement errors and uncertainties are also given here. Next chapter describes various methods of tactile and non-tactile measurement. The next chapter presents measuring devices for measuring components made by additive technology. Experimental part describes the design and manufacture of the component as well as the measurement procedure on a 3D CMM with a laser head Wenzel Shapetracer II. Conclusion and result of this work is the evaluation of measured values and comparison with a CAD model.
