Výzkum chování materiálu MS300 při obrábění vyrobeného metodou SLM

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the research of the behavior of the material MS300 during machining produced by the SLM method. The theoretical part of the thesis describes a brief introduction to the issue of selective laser melting (SLM), comparing additive produced against conventionally produced high-strength steel (MS300), as well as the influence of cutting parameters on the surface roughness parameter, cutting tool wear and cutting forces. Machinability of selective laser-melted high-strength steels with heat treatment. In the practical part, experiments were performed with milling of high-strength steel MS300 produced by SLM method on which heat treatment was applied, but also the sample without heat treatment was examined. The effects of milling using different cutting speeds (vc) and feed per tooth (fz) were investigated. Under these different conditions, the surface roughness, the forces generated during machining and the wear of the cutting edge of the tool were measured.
