Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with 3D printing using the material extrusion method of stainless steel from the material BASF Ultrafuse 316L. The first part divides the additive technologies according to the relevant standard and describes the technologies that can be used to produce metal parts and types of fillings for all additive technologies. The following section describes the pressure test that was used in the experimental section. In the next part, the work deals with the description and characteristics of printing parameters that were used in the printing of samples. At the end of the work, the results obtained by the pressure test are evaluated and compared with each other according to the percentage filling and the form of loading.
