Abstract

ŠPERLICH, Milan. Tumbling Parts Made by 3D Printing from AlSi10Mg Material. Ostrava, 2023. Master Thesis. VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Thesis supervisor Ing. Jakub Měsíček, Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with the tumbling of parts produced by 3D printing from the AlSi10Mg material. In the introductory part, additive technologies are explained and described. The following is a general partition and description of the tumbling process, supplemented by selected manufacturers of tumbling bodies. In the experimental part, the work deals with determining the surface roughness of the parts tumbling by the centrifugal and vibration methods. Tumbling was performed using ceramic, plastic and porcelain corpuscles. In the last part, there is an evaluation of the measured data based on the required surface roughness of the components. On its basis, the recommendation of tumbling processes for the future treatment of components produced by additive technology from AlSi10Mg material was carried out.
