Abstract
The main topic of this master thesis is the structural design and its topological optimization of a shelf support element manufactured using MSLA technology, one of the progressive methods of additive manufacturing. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of concepts and the essence of additive manufacturing. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the methods associated with 3D printing of polymeric materials and related issues focusing specifically on FDM and Photopolymerization technology. The theoretical part of the thesis concludes with an analysis of the current state of the art of shelf anchors. This is followed by a practical part in which the structural design is specified with specific requirements and the sequence of steps needed to create its final CAD model. The thesis concludes with a description of the preparation of the proposed optimized structure, including a listing of the process parameters necessary for its fabrication and the actual implementation.
