Návrh dolního přijímače střelné zbraně

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with designing a firearm lower receiver to be constructed by 3D printing. In the introduction is a description of properties generally required by a firearm. Designing begins with choosing proper munitions for calculating of the forces that will stress the receiver and for calculating a desirable spring strength. The shape of the receiver will be based on the interactions with other weapon components. A part of the receiver will be the trigger group, which will be designed afterwards. The finished design will be analysed for internal stresses with the help of software Autodesk Inventor and weight reduction with topology optimization. Post design the receiver is printed on a selected 3D printer. Last step is to assemble and test the functionality of the receiver in separate parts.
