Metody měření na 3D CMM vytipované součásti aditivní výroby

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the non-contact measurement of the accuracy of the production of samples by additive technology. The work mentions the latest trends and devices dealing with the given issue, as well as the division of measuring devices according to the physical principles on which they work. Among other things, examples of devices for contact and non-contact measurement are presented and described here. For the purposes of the experimental part, a 3D model containing geometric shapes and a shaped surface was created. The diploma thesis describes the method of additive FDM technology, which produced samples from a 3D model. Furthermore, the measurement carried out using a non-contact laser scanner in combination with a 3D coordinate measuring machine and the measurement of roughness using a non-contact optical 3D measurement are also described here. In the final part, statistical processing and evaluation of the obtained results are carried out.
