Analýza vibrací při obrábění vzorku materiálu M509 vyrobeného konvenční a aditivní technologií

Abstract

ŠMEHLÍK, Radim. Vibration Analysis During Machining of a Sample of M509 Material Produced by Conventional and Additive Technology. Ostrava, 2024. Master thesis. Ostrava: VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The thesis deals with vibrations during machining of parts produced by conventional manufacturing processes and parts produced by 3D printing. The theoretical part describes vibrations and their measurement using piezoelectric accelerometers. Furthermore, 3D printing of metallic parts by SLM and cobalt-based superalloys are described. Conventionally fabricated and printed samples were milled in the experiment. All samples were made of M509 material and were dimensionally identical. Vibration in three directions, surface roughness of the machined samples and wear of the used milling inserts were measured during milling. The main part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the measured data and their comparison between the different types of samples.
