Příspěvek k chemickému vyhlazovaní povrchu 3D tisknutých dílů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the chemical vaporization of components produced by 3D printing and subsequent testing of these manufactured components. The samples were made of polyamide PA2200 (PA 12) using the selective laser sintering (SLS) technology. The thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental parts. The theoretical part describes the SLS technology, materials used in the SLS method, the PA2200 material itself, and the principle of chemical vaporization and its methods. The experimental part focuses on testing norm-defined samples treated and untreated with chemical vaporization, comparing them, and measuring surface roughness. The results in this section were evaluated, conclusions drawn, and recommendations derived from the results.
