Abstract

GAVLAS, Robert. Case study of lightening of a machine part using lattice structures Ostrava, 2024. Bachelor's thesis. Ostrava: University of Mining and Technology - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of lattice structures in various programs. The introduction contains a description of the SLM 3D printing method, characteristics of lattice structures and a brief description of the software used in my work. In this work, I compared the effectiveness of these software and evaluated their complexity of operation. I compared the effectiveness of these software based on the strength analyzes created in the Inventor program, where I compared the individual results of the calculated weight, maximum stress and safety factor. The results of the analyzes are made using the images in the work.
