Výroba posuvného kolečka z 3-stupňové převodovky historického motocyklu pomocí technologie SLM

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the experimental production of a sliding wheel from a 3-speed gearbox of a historic motorcycle using SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology. The thesis consists of three theoretical chapters, one experimental chapter and an evaluation chapter. The theoretical section first introduces the current state of motorcycle and restoration. This is followed by a description of additive technologies, powder sintering methods and selective laser melting technology. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, a definition of reverse engineering is given together with gear measurements and modelling software. In the experimental part, the preparation of the prototype production, the machines and equipment used for the production and finally the post-processing work that was carried out on the prototype were described. The final chapter contains a techno-economic evaluation of the production.
