Vývoj, konstrukce a výroba hexakoptéry

Abstract

The thesis deals with the development, construction and production of a hexacopter. In the introduction, I list the aims of the work and describe the type of constructions and use of copters. In the next chapter, I describe the electronics used to operate the hexacopter. The frame is designed in two steps. The first part of the design deals mainly with the middle of the drone. This design was created using the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2022 program. The second part of the frame, the arms on which the electric motors with propellers are attached, was designed by Altair Inspire 2022. For the correct design of the frame, the frame load is calculated during the helicopter flight. The proposed frame is prepared for 3D printing, or the necessary parts are optimized. Once printed, the frame is assembled and painted in faculty colors, and finally the model is tested.
