Abstract

The master thesis deals with structural design of grinding machine for inner tubes diameter grinding. The first part includes the proposal of drive and power transmission from electric motor to grinding wheel. Second part is the analyse of support arm by finite element method. The results are applied to control pre-designed components used in power transmission. The last part of the thesis is formed by the grinder drive and stroke. Individual entered design nodes were constructed and inspected for planning, design solutions, including the main dimensions is documentation is to be found in the annex drawings.
