| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat činnost Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže v oblasti energetického sektoru. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části.
Aby bylo dosaženo stanoveného cíle, bylo nutné seznámit se v teoretické části s problematikou hospodářské soutěže prostřednictvím odborné literatury a zákonných předpisů.
Praktická část je zaměřena na celkovou činnost Úřadu se zaměřením v oblasti energetického sektoru. Cíle bylo dosaženo prostřednictvím analýz počtu zahájených řízení a stanovení konkrétních sankcí v oblasti energetiky. | cs |
