Návrh exportní strategie společnosti Flash Steel Power, a.s.

Abstract

The goal of this master’s thesis was to analyse the current situation and business strategy of a selected company. To create the SWOT analysis and define company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model were used. The goal of this thesis was to propose new export strategy that would be more effective and would fit the analysis results. Finally, the proposed business strategy was analysed in contrast to the original, with focus on advantages, disadvantages, risks and economic viability.
