Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to audit the management of human resources focusing on the elements of safety and health at work in TURZOVSKA DREVÁRSKA FABRIKA, et al. with r. a. The diploma thesis is devided into theoretical-methodological part, which defines audit of human resource management and its relation and application-verification part that includes a presentation of company and analysis of safety and health at work. When writing a diploma thesis will draw information from internal company documents, observation, interviews and the questionnaire to test and determine compliance with health and safety at work. After a thorough analysis of safety and health at work have been identified deficiencies for which diploma´s writer tried to propose measures to ensure greater safety and health at work.
