Racionalizace výroby nástrojů v PWO - Unitools a.s.

Abstract

The thesis is focused on rationalization of press tool production in company PWO- Unitools, a.s. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and prepared analysis of current situation, there are suggested an optimal solutions which are performing decreasing of production costs of press tools. The object of rationalization is monitored according to the technical - technological aspects, material costs and labour input. Optimal solution is applied to example from production. And in the end there is summarized an evaluation of proposed solution.
