Zefektivnění výrobního procesu rotorů elektromotorů

Abstract

Master thesis deals with improving of production process of rotors of electric motor. The newly proposed state of workplaces arrangement consists in movement and grouping of technological different workplaces to one common place, so-called technological line. It warrants a fluent product flow by production process, also called “One-Piece-Flow”. The main factor influencing a selection of final solution is unification volume of production of technological line with workplace assembly of electric motors. Benefits of this change of material flow are saving one machine, reduction of workers who participant in production of rotors from six to three workers, saving in costs which are included in a buffer stocks, easy and well-arranged production control, removing of takedown transport and manipulation with material.
