Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a precise positioning mechanism for a two-axis positioning device realized by means of a prestressed worm gear. This work clarifies the issue of positioning devices, a brief theoretical analysis of important parts, the design of worm and belt transmissions, including the necessary calculations. The work is supplemented by drawing documentation.
