Realizace řídicího systému pro tepelný výměník

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with creation of control system for heat exchanger designed to cool the Minilab device. The introduction describes the vapor phase soldiering device Minilab, and its requirements for cooling device. The thesis also describes chosen technologies in the field of cooling systems. Based on the requirements, and research in the field of cooling systems, the additional cooling circuit for the Minilab device is designed and specific components for the device are chosen. The control system is also designed and realized, together with the user interface. In the end the cooling device is assembled and tested.
