Abstract

Master thesis deals with project of electro-hydraulic control of injection moulding machine for plastics. At the beginning, the thesis introduces the construction of the press machine and principles of plastic molding. Based on the analysis of machine functions are designed two versions of hydraulic control. After the evaluation is processed functional hydraulic circuit and position-control system design of the form close. The following is the calculation part, focused on the static and dynamic system parameters. There are specified basic hydraulic components and designed control block of form close at the end.
