Vliv parametrů broušení na tvarovou stabilitu obráběných ploch

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the Influence of grinding parameters on shape stability of machined surfaces. There is described technology of grinding, technology of production of brake pads, including a description of friction composites used for brake pads. There is also discussed evaluation of proces capability. The practical part describes used robotic grinder, its adjustment, specific measurement procedure and data evaluation. The predetermined goal was to evaluate the process capability at different feed rates and to determine suitable feed rate with regard to manufacturability and quality.
