Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of material flows and storage processes in a selected engineering company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the current situation in the field of material flows and storage, including the historical context of the company and its current organizational structure. In the practical part, a detailed analysis of the current situation is carried out, key problems are identified, and concrete solutions are proposed to improve efficiency. The results of the work show how changes can be implemented to increase productivity and reduce costs in the company. The aim of this work is to theoretically describe the issue, but above all to contribute to the better efficiency of the selected company.
