Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the current layout of the production workplace of LEVIOR s.r.o. and the proposal of innovations aimed at making it more efficient. The introductory parts describe the theoretical basis regarding the spatial arrangement of production and other factors that affect the efficiency of the production process. Subsequently, a detailed analysis of the current state of the production premises is carried out, focusing on the arrangement of the workplace, storage spaces, material flow and working conditions. Based on the identified shortcomings, a new layout solution is proposed, which aims to optimize the production process and eliminate the identified shortcomings and problems. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the benefits of the proposed solution and its impact on the functioning of the company in terms of efficiency, work safety and future development.
