Abstract

This thesis deals with the KOMATSU PW180-7E0 shovel excavator new recovery equipment design of the excavator swing brake. The first part of the thesis includes brief characteristics of the shovel excavators. The recovery principle specification, hydraulic circuit diagram suggestion and the recovery equipment design will follow. The thesis continues with a description of the production, assembly and testing of the recovery equipment prototype. The end is devoted to the economical explanation of the pressure recovery.
