Návrh laboratorního modelu vrtulového pohonu pro UAV

Jan Gebauer, Ph.D. This thesis deals with the design and assembly of a laboratory stand for testing of UAV propulsion. In the introduction, it provides the design and construction issues of the physical model of the stand with the description of the hardware components. The laboratory stand consists of an aluminum beam where the BLDC motor is placed which together with the propeller forms the propulsion of the UAV. The stand also contains a stepper motor which forms the actuator for the sensors. The next part of the work deals with the control of the actuators using a PWM signal. The control is implemented using an interface between the motor and the computer with Matlab Simulink. The interface consists of a Simulink model where the size of the PWM signal is set , which is sent to the Arduino board. A BLDC motor controller and a stepper motor are connected to the board. The stand should later be used for various lab measurements.
