Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on procedures and methods, used to evaluate measured data in the area of human resources. Statistic methods are used to evaluate the data.
The first part focuses on the quality management system and its principles, importance of human resources in quality management and the importance of evaluation data.
The second part describes the procedures of some statistical methods that can be used for data evaluation. In this part you can find methods such as distribution of frequencies using tables a graphs, pivot tables, characteristics of position, variability, testing of statistic hypothesis, and indexes quantifying the level of customer and employee satisfaction.
In the last part are presented selected examples of application of the statistic methods mentioned in this work.
