Návrh koncepce planetového převodu do náboje kola silničního motorového vozidla

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the concept of planetary gearbox installation in the wheel hub of a selected road vehicle. In the introductory part I have listed the basic parts and the function they represent and I have carried out a search of solutions from Czech and foreign publications. I then described the anticipated benefits of adding a front axle drive, and listed the types of planetary gears and electric motors suitable for driving the vehicle. I have presented my concepts and I have also listed the load forces and given the formulas for their calculation, I have proposed the parameters of the hub and electric motor placement in the Wheel Carrier. At the end of the thesis, I made an economic calculation and based on the calculations and cost, I selected the most suitable solution and presented recommendations for further development of the concept.
