Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of Student Behavior within exchange programs. The theoretical part characterizes the market of exchange programs, The thesis describes the fundamental principles of consumer behavior such as models of consumer behavior, factors affecting consumers, typology and decision-making process. The practical part is focused on the analysis, based on the research conducted by a survey. It analyses the students' attitudes towards mobility and examines the level of awareness. The secondary goal of the thesis is to identify the barriers of students for mobility and analyze the satisfaction of students with previous experience with exchange programs within faculty. Based on the evaluation of the research, recommendations are formed to increase the interest of students to take part in realization of mobility.
