Analýza spotřebitelského chování studentů v rámci výměnných programů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spotřebitelského chování studentů na trhu výměnných programů. V teoretické části je charakterizován trh výměnných programů, dále jsou v práci vymezena základní východiska spotřebitelského chování jako jsou modely spotřebitelského chování, faktory ovlivňující spotřebitele, typologie a rozhodovací proces. Praktická část je věnována analýze, kde jsou na základě provedeného výzkumu dotazníkovým šetřením, zkoumány postoje studentů vůči mobilitám a míra informovanosti. Vedlejším cílem práce je pak identifikace bariér studentů pro výjezd a analýza spokojenosti studentů s předešlou zkušeností s výjezdem. Na základě vyhodnocení výzkumu jsou formována doporučení pro zvýšení zájmu studentů se výjezdů účastnit.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of Student Behavior within exchange programs. The theoretical part characterizes the market of exchange programs, The thesis describes the fundamental principles of consumer behavior such as models of consumer behavior, factors affecting consumers, typology and decision-making process. The practical part is focused on the analysis, based on the research conducted by a survey. It analyses the students' attitudes towards mobility and examines the level of awareness. The secondary goal of the thesis is to identify the barriers of students for mobility and analyze the satisfaction of students with previous experience with exchange programs within faculty. Based on the evaluation of the research, recommendations are formed to increase the interest of students to take part in realization of mobility.
