Strategie společnosti Raynet s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářská práce je návrh aktualizace stávající strategie firmy Raynet s.r.o. Bakalářská práce teoreticky popisuje, prakticky analyzuje a hodnotí situaci společnosti Raynet s.r.o. První část se zabývá obecným popisem strategické analýzy, především externí a interní analýzy. Ve druhé praktické části je zmíněná externí a interní analýza a SWOT analýza aplikována do matice modelových situací. Výsledky jsou použity ke zpracování návrhů a doporučení pro společnost, kterých by mohla v budoucnu využít.

The aim of the thesis is the proposal to update the existing strategy firm Raynet s.r.o. Bachelor thesis in theory describes, analyzes and evaluates the situation virtually company Raynet s. r. o. The first part deals with the General description of the strategic analysis, in particular the external and internal analysis. In the second part is the external and internal analysis and SWOT analysis applied to the matrix model situations.
