Abstract

The work is focused on Customer Behaviour Analysis on the Social Network Games Market Research method was an electronic questionnaire on a sample of respondents. Two questionnaires were made, one in czech language and one in english language. Each for a different respondent group. Evaluation of the data showed different relations, sorts of information and outcomes focused on several themes. These were examined and explained. On this basis several recommendations to improve the position of the companies on the market were defined. The structure of the work: an introduction, characteristics of the social network games market, the theoretical basis of customer behaviour measurement, research methodology, analysis of results, suggestions for improvement, conclusion and attachments.
