Problematika svařování materiálů S 355J2+N velkých tlouštěk

Abstract

Introductory part consists of a description of the characteristics of structural steel S355J2 + N to focus on its fine-grained microstructure and the appropriate terms of weldability of steel this type. For the fusion of the material of the large thicknesses disclosed are methods and welding methods with verification of service properties to control the weldment through destructive and non-destructive methods. Based on an evaluation according to CSN EN ISO 15 614-1, was created to close the technological process design of weld joint pressure column of sheet thickness of 400 mm made of steel S355J2 + N.
