Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is concept and implementation of Lean Management elements in the Tool Shop. The first part describes general characteristics of production and department specification. Theoretical description, history and coherent elements of lean production are specified here. In the second part you can find individual tools of Lean Management which are implemented to Tool Shop functioning in the third practical part. The fourth part consists of results and effects of implementation individual tools. Conclusion of diploma thesis is occupied with over-all thesis evaluation.
