Analýza a zefektivnění procesů na vybraném pracovišti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysis and streamlining of processes at the selected workplace. In the introduction, an analysis of the current situation is conducted, which provides the information necessary for a deeper understanding of the addressed matter. Based on the outcomes, bottlenecks and shortcomings related to workplace processes are defined. Selected bottlenecks and shortcomings are analysed in detail in the next chapter. In the final chapter of the thesis, modifications and recommendations for improvements leading to optimization at the selected workplace are proposed.
