Využití technické diagnostiky na hodnocení stavu strojů v koksárenském provozu

Abstract

Diplomová práce posuzuje technický stav turbokompresorů, které mají na starost dopravu koksárenského plynu, dále vodárny s čerpadlem užitkové vody a posledními zařízeními – čerpadly chemického roztoku Stretford. K hodnocení technického stavu využíváme v tomto případě – vibrodiagnostiky a tribodiagnostiky. V první části se zabývám teorií potřebné k pochopení měření a fungování měřených strojů. Druhá část je zaměřena na praktická měření v koksovně Svoboda. Tato měření vyhodnocuji a navrhuji vhodná opatření a doporučení. Tímto také úzce spolupracuji s údržbáři v podniku. Veškeré výsledky těchto měření trenduji a výstupem této práce bude posouzení stavu strojů.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical condition of the turbocompressors that transport coke oven gas, the water plant with utility water pumps and the last equipment - Stretford chemical solution pumps. To assess the technical condition, we use in this case - vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. The first part deals with the theory needed to understand the measurement and operation of the machines being measured. The second part focuses on practical measurements in the Svoboda coke plant. I evaluate these measurements and suggest appropriate measures and recommendations. In doing so, I also work closely with the maintenance staff at the plant. I trend all the results of these measurements and the output of this work will be an assessment of the condition of the machines.
