Proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve slévárně

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve slévárně. Teoretická část je věnována definicím, pojmům a metodám procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. V praktické části, na základě analýzy aktuálního stavu ve slévárně, byly odhaleny problémy související se sledovanými personálními procesy. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou konkrétní návrhy pro účinnější proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a jejich následné zhodnocení.

This diploma thesis describes the process of employee recruitment and selection in the foundry plant. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the definitions, concepts and methods of the process employee recruitment and selection. In the practical part, based on an analysis of the current state of the foundry plant, problems related to the monitored personnel processes were revealed. The output of the diploma thesis are concrete proposals for a more efficient process of recruitment and selection of employees and after that these proposals were evaluated.
