Abstract

This thesis deals with the development of approaches to assessing and reviewing the quality management system. The theoretical part deals with the current quality management system, there is an analysis of the current requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and recommendations ISO 9004:2009, which is about assessing and reviewing the quality management system and are thoroughly discussed and defined in terms of efficiency, suitability, adequacy and effectiveness that such assessments are inextricably linked. Conclusion The theoretical part contains the most famous theoretical basis for measuring the performance of quality management systems. In the practical part is an analysis of current approaches to assessing and reviewing the quality management system in organizations of various sizes operating in different sectors. Based on the results of this analysis are compiled range of indicators suitable for each category.
