Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with methods of clamping the test sample in machine for rolling contact fatigue. Object of the work is analysis current method and design new method of clamping test sample. Main condition is compatibility new design with existing machine. Pursuant to numerical solution was detection immediate cause the damage of the staff on current method and on account of this analysis is doing design modification the staff and testing roller. New design is examination on the analytic solution and as well as the FEM analysis. Exactly ordering of new design and production drawings of un-normalized part are situated in the enclosures.
