Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to prepare a business plan for a catering company and assess whether the project is feasible. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts and describes various methods that are applied in the practical part. To determine whether the firm would find application in the market research method used was a questionnaire. An analysis was made of the business and competitive environment, which helped to define the marketing mix. Using SWOT analysis have been described occasion, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. We identify the necessary funding to start a business, put together a financial plan and assess the financial health of the company's planned three years of operation.
