Abstract

The master´s thesis deals with the engineering design of automatic trimming machine, which allows trimming inflatable blow molded cans. Introduction of this master´s thesis includes the distribution of single-purpose machines and their advantages and disadvantages. The following is a description of the properties of doses, which were commissioned by Polfin Ploština s.r.o. Next descrip one working cycle of the machine, the position of the machine in an automatic line. Using calculations is designed motion screw, pneumatic piston for grasping cans, worm gear with the engine. Following these components are selected pneumatic parts, components for storing and linear movements, a knife for cutting, elements for frame and machine covers. Within master´s thesis is made price calculations machines, pneumatic scheme and design documentation.
