dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu spokojenosti turistů s poznávacími zájezdy vybraných cestovních kanceláří. Teoretická část práce se zabývá cestovním ruchem České republiky, formami cestovního ruchu, druhy a potenciál cestovního ruchu, materiálně technickou základnou, historií cestovních kanceláří v České republice a jednotlivým popisem vybraných cestovních kanceláří. Praktická část práce zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření a návrh poznávacího zájezdu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou turisté spokojení s prací CK při poznávacích zájezdech.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of customer satisfaction with sightseeing tours of selected travel agencies. The theoretical part deals with tourism in the Czech Republic, forms of tourism, types and potential of tourism, material technical basis, history of travel agencies in the Czech Republic and individual description of selected travel agencies. The practical part of the thesis includes a questionnaire survey and a sightseeing tours. The aim of this work is to find out whether tourists are happy with CK work at sightseeing tours.en
