Rekonstrukce roštového kotle na hnědé uhlí

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on solving some of the problems the planned reconstruction of the boiler Trmice, which was manufactured in 1943 and is a three-pass boiler drum with moving grate for burning brown coal. The original intention of the reconstruction was replacement grate and some other heat transfer surfaces in second pass of boiler, but during the processing of the diploma thesis was changed the scope of reconstruction and the intention to replace the old grate for the new was abandoned. Carried out was only exchange defective parts of grate and reconstruction of second pass of boiler. The aim of this diploma thesis was perform re-count combustion chamber for the new fuel and lay down new parameters for the combustion of that fuel. It is not a draft boilers, but the re-count of the boiler.
