Analýza a identifikace úzkých míst na vybraném výrobním středisku

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the analysis and identification of bottlenecks at the selected production center. The first chapter of the thesis explains the basic terms and theory that deals with this issue. In the second chapter, there were individual objectives of the work. In other chapters, an analysis of the current state of centers in individual sectors was carried out, namely work productivity, staffing, layout, etc. After the analysis, individual bottlenecks were identified. These bottlenecks were subsequently removed with the help of the design of the individual measures. At the end of the thesis, the correctness of the proposed measures was verified using the usability calculation.
