Ovlivnění tvaru housenky u metody TIG-141 formovacími plyny a aktivátory povrchu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the shape of the welding rod and its root with the forming gases and surface activators using the welding method 141 - TIG. Surface activators contribute to better penetration and reduce weld width and TOO. In the practical part of the diploma thesis welding of the designed test welded joints is performed in order to determine the applicability of the surface activator. Welding was performed on a set of test specimens on material 1.4301 with a thickness of 3 to 6 mm. The weld joints were evaluated by macroscopic and microscopic testing. The results of the thesis should contribute to the knowledge of the influence of activators and supportive gases on the resulting geometry of the weld bead geometry.
